Philosophy
You want a personal touch, clean and understated design with the emphasis on the expression of “you.” Your home, office or workspace should reflect your personality, your lifestyle and your interests.
The Landsview design philosophy embraces a holistic approach to interior design – that is to say, the “feel” of the home as a whole. Instead of individual unrelated spaces, a flow and unity from room to room, transforming all separate parts into a cohesive One.
We believe in incorporation and re-use
You may have thought your existing furnishings to be outdated or boring. It's amazing what new life can be breathed into them by changing the surrounding area with color, lighting and selective accessorizing. If you have a love for a particular piece of furniture, we will embrace it in the design of your home, as well as any other collectible, artwork and furnishings that are expressions of you. These are the seeds of inspiration!
We believe in non-design
Designing your home… without the appearance of it having been “Designed.” You want an eclectic, appealing and personal expansion of you and you want it livable! Everyone in your household should feel comfortable in their surroundings. And your guests should feel the same. Beauty and function can live hand in hand.
We believe in collaboration
Working together we will define your style, resolve design concerns and develop an ongoing plan of action. Good design doesn't necessarily come all at once. It unfolds but always with a direction.
About Kellé
I graduated from the University of Washington in 1982, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in interior design.
Whether commercial or residential, my design emphasis is on color coordination, space planning and style definition. My focus has been on creating innovative design solutions to fit any budget. The results have been rave reviews, a network of referrals and the personal reward that comes from having truly happy customers.
As an Accredited Staging Professional, my services are available for both the staging of real estate for sale as well as design consultant to the new home buyer.
So much of my success lies in the fact that I am completely open to my clients' energy and input. I am able to quickly establish trust and rapport. Our joint experience is exciting, progress is swift and everyone walks away satisfied with the project result.
